Lawyer. Graduated in law in 2005, since then has devoted her career as a lawyer to civil, business and environmental branches. Luciana worked as an associate lawyer in medium and large firms before stablishing RSLaw, in 2013.
Post-graduated in civil procedural law, business law and environmental law, Luciana believes that legal practice must be linked to constant theoretical improvement. As a master degree’s student in environment and development in the Federal University of Paraná, currently develops her research under the perspective of contemporary international law, focusing on environment, feminism and art.
Luciana advises and litigates, having extensive experience in the civil-business and environmental branches, especially in the forest, timber, real estate and agricultural sectors.
